Payments, Refunds, and Automatic Renewal

All payments must enter valid payment information. Free course materials do not require a payment. The free course materials require a user set-up although are not required to provide payment account information.

Customer has not saved, printed or emailed a copy of the certificate obtained with the subscription.
Customer has not previously received a Refund for upgrading from Free to Paid Service.

Automatic Renewal
