WORSHIP

We attend church weekly. We recognize the importance of maintaining spirituality for our residences. providing the residents their right to attend worship service. The residents love to go in the community and sing and praise the Lord.

LADIES NAIL DAY

Our Ladies Pamper Day, is a day that the residents look forward to. The residents get to pick their color of polish that they wish to have. We polish their nails and give them arm and hand massage. They feel so beautiful and love to show off their lovely nails.

CREATIVE ARTS

We have Creative Arts for the residents to express their individual art expressions. Then we display their work which gives them an expression of joy.

DANCE NIGHTS

Lets get our dance on. Our residents have a dance night once a week. We put on our disco lights, play music of their choices. The staff and the residents get their Boogie On!

KARAOKE NIGHT

Our residents love to sing on Karaoke Night. They sing the songs of their choice and perform the songs and perform to them. They look forward to it!

EXERCISE

Exercise is a very important matter to remain healthy and to keep you active. We also go to Planet Fitness Gym weekly to do exercise routines. We also have exercising in the community as well as in parks and at the group home with exercise videos if there is in climate weather. Our weekly dance contributes as another form of exercise. So lets stay healthy!

AROMA THERAPY
MEDITATION

We offer Aroma Therapy Meditation for our resident once per week. This is performed on mats, relaxation music playing in the background, and the smell relaxation smells. We lead them to reflect and do breathing meditation to relax and release. This a way to develop inner piece.

COMPUTER SKILLS

We are in a day of Technology. So we offer our residents computer skills to get familiar with the equipment to the techniques to browse the web, to learning how to use Microsoft Word. They enjoy it and look forward to learning new skills.

LETS GET OUR GAME ON!

Lets get our game on! We have a variety of games, puzzles, and mind stimulating activities for the residents to enjoy. Based on their choice of what they would like to play.

HAIR STYLING

We ensure our residents hair is groomed and they are looking nice at all times. We wash dry and keep their hair groomed to look nice. Our residents love to get their hair styled and it really boosts up their self-esteem and makes them feel beautiful.

POPCORN MOVIE NIGHT

We offer movies to be viewed with nice hot fresh popcorn. They get to pick movies from a variety of movie platforms. We offer a large variety of movies as well. All movies are based on their choices.

COMMUNITIES OUTINGS

We visit a variety of places out in the community on Saturday's. We visit, Movies, Restaurants, Malls, Metro Bus, Museums, Tri Rail, Shopping, Zoo, Beaches, Parks, Library's, Concerts, Theme Parks, Holiday Events, Public events, Social Clubs, Parties etc. Our Facebook page shows many of the places we have attended.
